2.1 Cancellation Policy

Advance Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation will receive a 50% refund of prepaid fees.
Very Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of emergency or at our discretion.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a consultation without penalty if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late rescheduling may incur a fee.
2.2 Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the consulting services provided, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer:
- Additional consultation time at no extra cost
- Revision of provided recommendations or plans
- Partial refund based on the nature of the dissatisfaction

3. Products and Materials
For physical products (such as composting equipment, soil testing kits, or educational materials):
Return Eligibility
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original, undamaged condition with all packaging and components intact. Used or damaged items may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Refund Processing

For digital products, downloadable guides, online courses, or virtual workshops:

- Gift certificates and prepaid service packages are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.
